Looking for your own slip to dock your boat after a day on the water? The Reserve at Isla Del Sol will offer residents the opportunity to purchase a boat slip on-site. There are two boat slip sizes available in Phase 1.

R-Loc roof sheeting with ridge cap
2’ x 2’ Cooldeck concrete decking
2” x 6” Treated lumber around perimeter of dock frames with vinyl rub rail
3’ Post bumpers on all exposed roof posts
4’ x 36’ Galvanized walkway with floatation and concrete decking
10 Fairleads, wench risers and wenches with 3600 lbs concrete anchors and 5/8” galvanized cable
5/8” Galvanized shore cables
