What will be included in the Hoa costs?

HOA will be paid quarterly to cover cable, internet, common grounds, roads, road maintenance, swimming pool, sewer and water, and access.

What dock sizes will be available?

Residents of The Reserve at Isla Del Sol will have the opportunity to purchase a dock slip with their unit. Phase 1 of the development will offer two sizes: 12’ x 36’ and 14’x40’.

Can the units be rented out?

Yes, residents can rent out their unit. There is a minimum 3 night stay.

Will there be reserved parking for homeowners?

Yes, residents at The Reserve at Isla Del Sol will be guaranteed 1 spot. Parking spots will be labeled, and residents will have parking permits for their spot. Additional parking will be available offsite, across the causeway.
